Kuna ehitussektoris on suvi kõige „kuumem“ tööaeg, siis hilisteks suvepäevadeks kohta otsides jõudsimegi oma meeskonnaga TerasBeachile. Kuna enamusel varasemat kokkupuudet ei olnud, siis seda suurem oli üllatus, et keset novembrikuu kaamost on ka koduses Eestis võimalik end tunda nagu soojal paradiisisaarel. TerasBeachi poolne korraldus ja koostöö nii enne üritust kui ürituse ajal oli väga sujuv ja paindlik. Nii mõnigi töötaja on erapidudeks juba kontakte küsinud.
